Cunningham Stone Ltd. have been involved in the stone industry for over 40 years. From a factory based at the foot of the Mournes, in south County Down, traditional crafts are combined with the most advanced equipment available in Europe. The company developed from being builders of natural stone walls and fireplaces to becoming one of the leading suppliers of architectural stonework, polished granite worktops, lathed stone products and carved stone products in Ireland. We recently expanded our manufacturing facility at a cost of £2.5 million. This extension includes a primary sawing facility, a state of the art computerised production facility and a large warehouse.
The aesthetic and natural beauty of the stone has sparked a dramatic revival in its popularity, which has paved the way for imaginative new building developments and distinctive interiors. Our response to customer demands has helped to create an extensive product portfolio, which caters for everything from the private dwelling to much larger corporate developments.
