Introducing a brand new, state-of-the-art office building in the heart of central London, featuring Portland natural stone cladding that harmoniously integrates with the Georgian architecture of its surroundings.
This prestigious building offers its occupants more than just one of the world’s most sought-after postcodes. Nestled in London W1, it stands among some of the country’s finest architectural gems, close to the iconic Oxford and Regent Streets. Instead of words, let the stunning images of this exceptional structure do the talking—view the pictures here.
Our partners at Gilbert-Ash entrusted us with the design, supply, and installation of all the Portland natural stone cladding for this project. A stroll through Cavendish Square will confirm that Portland natural stone was the perfect choice for this exquisite new office building.
Our design team collaborated diligently with the rest of the project team, particularly during the pre-construction phase, to tackle the unique challenges posed by working in a conservation area next to a Grade II listed building. Once the design received approval, we sourced the raw materials and transported them to our production facility in Saintfield, Northern Ireland. There, our skilled saw operators and stonemasons worked around the clock to ensure timely delivery of the finished product to the site.
It was then up to our highly trained site team of stonemasons to install the Portland natural stone cladding with precision, down to the last millimetre—always a top priority.

Cavendish Place proudly stands in our portfolio as a prime example of what natural stone can achieve in an era dominated by modern materials. In a project where every stone is hand-finished, our success is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our skilled staff. This project illustrates what a relatively small team from Northern Ireland can accomplish through hard work and collaboration.
